RATE POLICY
We are working with a policy of floating rates that can be changed according to the needs, special dates, advance booking period etc.. We guarantee at the moment of booking the best available rates.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
To guarantee the reservation we require  a deposit by credit card of 50% of the total amount.
We will send you a credit card authorization form which has to be filled in, signed, scanned and sent back to us.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW (HOSPITALITY)

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of reservations must be made ​​by email.

Staying until 2 nights
Cancellation until 7 days before check in refund of deposit minus 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation 6 days and less before check in no refund o deposit.

Staying for 3 nights and more
Cancellation until 21 days before check in refund of deposit minus 10% cancelation fee. Cancelation from 20 days and less before check in no refund o deposit.

EARLY DEPARTURE
No refund of payment. It will be charged the full amount of the reservation. It is possible to replace by another person, under the same conditions.

NO-SHOW
No-Show: If the guest not appears. In this case the room will be available until the following day at 10 am. After this period the reservation will be canceled and no refund of deposit.

GENERAL REGULATIONS 

Apartment key
We  kindly ask you if you leaving the apartment to let the key at the reception. In case of losing the key will charge a fee of R$ 100,00

Consuming external beverages
is not allowed at the Pousada

Energy
220V

Smoking
it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms

House keeping service
daily from 09H00 to 15H00 . sheets and towels are changed on the third day

Quiet time
in respect to the other guests asked to observe the quiet time from 10 pm

Laundry-service
The Pousada offers external laundry service, please ask at the reception

Property
all objects owned by the Pousada are offered to the guests to provide comfort and welfare. Any damage, destruction etc. will be charged. Any occurrence or abnormality found in the apartment must be immediately communicated to the reception.

Room-service
It is not allowed to leave the restaurant with dishes, please ask the staff.

Visitors
Please inform in advance the arrival of external visitors at the Pousada

RULES FOR DOGS
Oceanomare is surrounded by great nature Pousada and therefore also enjoyed the contact with animals. Thus, there is no problem in bringing your dog.
We accept small pets provided that they are always accompanied by their owners, with collar and restricted to the cottages sector.
Collars can always walk the streets in front of the cabins or in the area outside the hotel .
Do not allow the animal access to our social and leisure areas ( pools , bars , restaurant , etc. . ) .
Bring food for your dog because we do not have specific nutrition for dogs and not allow it to be used in our restaurant.
Your dog must be quiet and not disturb the other guests.
Your dog should not climb on chairs, beds, hammocks, etc.. Any damage to furnitures caused by the animals will be charged.
Please do not use utensils as hotel towels, sheets, blankets, dishes, etc.. for your dog. Please collect the needs of your dog.

Obedience to this regulation ensures a good contact with the other guests.
